Sports Physicals

Phsycials will take place at our Upper School Gymnasium inside the Strength and Conditioning Center. Cost is $10, cash only. These physicals will be completed on the FHSAA sports physical form which will fulfill the requirement of the state for a school physical of a new student as well as for a student to play sports.
